01Who we are
MetronLabs (“MetronLabs”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at metronlabs.org and provides AI data and evaluation services. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and your rights over it. For any privacy question, contact hello@metronlabs.org.
02Data we collect
- Information you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, business email, company, and the details of the task you describe.
- Usage data. We use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand traffic. It does not use tracking cookies and does not build a profile of you.
03How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and scope, propose and deliver services.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To keep records of our correspondence with you.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
04Legal basis
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent and our taking steps at your request before entering a contract (handling your enquiry), and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. You can withdraw consent at any time.
05Service providers
We share data only with providers that process it on our behalf to run the service:
- Vercel — website hosting and aggregated analytics.
- Cloudflare — DNS and email routing.
- Resend — sending and receiving transactional email.
- Telegram — an internal notification to alert us to a new enquiry.
06International transfers
These providers may process data outside your country, including outside the EEA/UK. Where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
07Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and to manage our relationship, and no longer than necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see “Your rights”).
08Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can request to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any right, email hello@metronlabs.org. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
09Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
11Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version; material changes will be posted on this page.
