01Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of the website at metronlabs.org (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
02The Site and our services
The Site presents information about MetronLabs and its AI data and evaluation services. Content on the Site is for general information and does not itself constitute an offer or a binding proposal. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and MetronLabs, which prevails over the Site in case of conflict.
03Intellectual property
The Site, its content, the MetronLabs name and the Aperture mark are owned by MetronLabs or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding or content commercially without our written permission.
04Acceptable use
- Do not use the Site unlawfully, or to infringe others’ rights.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure.
- Do not submit false information or content you have no right to share through our forms.
05No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
06Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetronLabs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The Site may link to third-party sites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
08Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
